announced today the purchase of the national toll-free number,
1-800-TICKETS, for $1 million in cash plus stock.

Republic
Security Bank spent $6.5 million to purchase the 1 800 BOAT LOAN
number, the registered service mark name, system software, and
associated employees.
Although
the acquiring party would not associate any monies directly with
the 800 numbers, it is felt they would not have done the deal
without it and it’s estimated at 20% of the purchase price.

acquisition of the 800-I-TRAVEL Cooperative Marketing Program
from E & F Associates of Corona del Mar, California. The
purchase price was 350,000 common shares, worth $1,648,500 (as
of December 13, shares were trading for $4.71.)
